Indoors play

With all the rain the entire week - I have not really had an opportunity to do a shoot outside.... bleh bleh However, I found a perfect setting for my very comfi long sleeve non-preggy shift dress {smile} and added a pair of sunnies [indoors]to create a bit of edge teeheeheeeeee... What do ya think? Have a pulled it off.

Hope you all have been staying warm - because the rain brought along a bit of a chill ...hence the boots {smile}

A story about a pants

These pants were a regular set of jeans bought at Mr Price last year. Then. My goegeous talented sis gets here. And bedazzles it for me. 

It cost her a whole R20...{happy dance}

She used some cut off Lace for elegance -which was used for another garment for her refurbish show- then added the studs for some edge.

I.love.this.pants.very.much.

FunFriday: with pigeons & a swing

I usually prefer flats on a Friday but I was required to be a little formal - so I added some heels & bobs my uncle :) Thats the thing about a pair of jeans, a tee and stilettos - they compliment each other well to create a wow factor. Though the Pigeons joined me briefly in the shoot- I was glad they made an appearance :) Substituted my wonderful memory of Paris with this gorgeous park{smile}. Not quite the same - but it is such a beautiful day to be in the park I say :)



and the stranger...I guess he also wanted his 10 seconds of fame.lol

Construction with a burst of orange

I felt a bit like a constractor with the construction going on around me {smile}. Was tempted to ask the ask if they dont have a spare "unused" hard hat lying around on their premises lol And I think the studded rider jacket/ vest was the cutting edge to the backdrop. A huge FunFriday element for me..... I know the hard hat however would have added a double dose of fun {grin}

FunFriday: Green slacks & loafers

Yesterday was Heritage Day in South Africa where most of us enjoyed a day off from the office- I wont say work- because some found themselves working in the garden or in the house{smile}. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed a quick tiny braai at Rietvlei Zoo. I was so glad that Spring decided to return after it abandoned us to the cold this weekend past.Brrrrr, it was
Winter all over again. I mean, coats and scarves were seen everywhere.

White was ideal for the homecoming of Spring {teeheehee}. It just brightens everything and today was no different{smile} brightening my start of the short week. I wanted to have it on the Trendy Tuesday post as its big once again this spring and summer,but missed yesterday and cant wait until next week.
