The baby bump is growing week by week :-) Baby weighs 178gram and "mum to be" 65kgs....yikes...

FunFriday: MK the black + white way

Winter summers day....bleh.. what to wear?? Yip - my go to combo {smile} but this time I wore my black & white the Michael Kors way {smile}. Meaning I had to sneak in my MK clutch to add a touch of super glamour in there. And it made me forget about the cold {yaaaay} Thats the thing about monochrome. Its.An.All.Season.Trend. Also an any occasion combo.

Its a pity I dont remember the store at which we bought these shoes while visiting Peru because they suppppper comfortable. I think I'll ask our friends there to keep an eye out for another pair & colour.

Trendy Tuesday: Turban love

Its amazing what you discover when youre cleaning out hey {grin}. Discovered my leopard sling back hubster bought in Atlanta Georgia 2 years ago. I was so in love with the look and then when I slipped it on and walked around the shop it was like it was made for me {smile} I love the turban and look for any opportunity to wear it - and gave it my best shot again today {smile}

Floral Monday with green nails

Hope your weekend was good ladies. What did you get up to{smile} After clearing some space last week I re-discovered this floral beauty my mum sent me from the USA last year and these yellow stilettos. Isnt it just remarkable to make such a discovery {smile}. Makes you want to keep packing and cleaning up right{smile}

I often think its useless "doing my hair" as the wind is always there to blow out every curl and any effort Ive made to spruce the hair do up a bit. {sigh}. So please excuse the fly aways haha

Lovelies, can you believe its Christmas in just 5 weeks {gulp} where'd the time goooooo Its been pretty challenging dressing this week as the weather either starts out warm and temperatures drop during the cause of the day or vice versa. I love that my denim jacket is always so versatile and warms me just enough not to take me to boiling point and again today it came through for me. And usually when it gets to warm, I wrap it around my waist - not only is it out of the way --but adds a "cool factor" {smile}

TrendyTuesday: Varsity Tee meeting Leopardprint

I fell inlove with the leather look on the colar and sleeve of this varsity tee. The Varsity clothing trend has been around for a while, however, its more prominent this season . I wanted to try wearing it with something other than a jeans or sweatpants. So, Leopard print meet Varsity Tee. Who knows what else I may introduce it to {smile}. Hope your Trendy Tuesdays been a good one.

Music Monday: Checkers on the deck

I was so tempted to rent a swim suit and take a dive. The weather was perfect for a swim at the hotels deck...aaaaahand the water was sooo inviting. This dress feels so good against my skin because its soft and light - and I l.o.v.e the checkers print and colour. The pockets were another l.o.v.e feature for me. Pity I didnt get a pic of the back- its also a winner for me.

My song for today is You make me feel like dancing by Leo Sayer. Hubby played it for last night, after humming it the whole afternoon yesterday. A real upbeat song I tell you.

I was super chuffed to get this soft pastel pink pair as I have a number of black & brown sunglasses already. And its also a perfect match for one of my favourite clutches and my sling back flats. Enjoying summer (spring)

What a scorcher we had yesterday and I was super glad I had my legs shaved so I could slip into a casual shirt/shift dress & gladiator sandals{smile} Whew, because we peaking at 30 degrees celcius people {wipping the sweat off my brow}. I am going to move all those dresses & lightweight pants to the front because it seems like the weather in Jozi is going to be be this way for a while.
